About JUSTIN
Born in Vancouver, Justin’s work in hospitality intensified his hunger to learn more about the fine art of the culinary and beverage world. Thanks to his insatiable curiosity, he has dedicated over a decade in the industry with wine being his main driving force. His heart beats fervently for the rich and diverse flavours that Portugal has to offer, and he has crafted a heartfelt love letter to all things Portuguese, with Vinícola Portugal.
